Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations: We ship across India only.

2. Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once shipped.

3. Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

4. Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all pre-paid orders across India. For COD orders, a nominal fee may apply.

To ensure genuine orders and smooth order processing, we have implemented a minimum shipping charge of ₹100 on all COD orders at the time of checkout. This helps us reduce fake orders cancellations and improve overall service reliability.

Please note that this amount will be adjusted against the total order value at the time of delivery, and the remaining balance will be collected upon delivery (for COD orders).

5. Unclaimed / Order not received: Shipments that go unclaimed (the buyer isn’t able to receive it at the time of delivery) are returned to our facility. Nuskyn cannot refund products that are produced and shipped. You can opt for re-shipment by writing to us at  nuskynfashions@gmail.com and we’ll charge you the applicable delivery charges.

6. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or natural events.
